*Mini Health and Wellbeing Consultation – 30 minutes – £45.00. Ideal if you are looking to make some healthy changes to your diet and lifestyle. After keeping a diet diary for 7 days, we will talk through your diet and discuss areas that need improvement. I will guide you through some healthy alternatives that are sustainable and personal to you. This is a great option if you need inspiration and motivation to make mealtimes healthier, if you struggle to find time to make healthy meals or if you have picky eaters in your family.
*Initial Appointment 1/1.5 hours – £75.00. You will be required to complete a health questionnaire and keep a 7 day diet diary prior to the consultation. The consultation includes a full overview of your health history, a personalised plan, useful tips, recipes and shopping guidance. Relevant supplements may be recommended and I may also suggest advanced functional testing to help pinpoint the drivers of an imbalance.
*Follow Up Appointment 30/45 mins – £40.00 . Recommended after 4-6 weeks. This is essential to follow up on manageability of your personal protocol and to make any changes if needed, plus further support and guidance. Some people may require more than 1 follow up appointment especially if they have been experiencing symptoms for many years.
